Stay under the quota
- Prefer external links for large video or raw photo packs.
- Delete obsolete project files and closed-ticket attachments regularly.
- Compress PDFs and images before upload when quality allows.
When the limit is reached, new uploads fail until you free space or upgrade. Media-heavy agencies can request higher storage on Enterprise+ at [email protected].
