Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quickflow.space ("Quickflow", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit https://quickflow.space/, create an account, subscribe to a plan, or use a Quickflow CRM workspace.
Contact for privacy matters: [email protected].
1. Who we are
Quickflow.space provides online CRM workspaces for freelancers, agencies, and teams (clients, projects, invoices, support, and related tools), with billing and private subdomains under the Quickflow service.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account and billing data — name, email, company details, plan selection, payment and invoice records provided by you or our payment processors.
- Workspace data — information you and your staff enter in your CRM (for example contacts, projects, invoices, tickets). You are the controller of customer content you store in your workspace; we process it to host and operate the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device data, log files, cookies or similar technologies needed for security, session management, and service reliability.
- Support communications — messages you send to us (for example to [email protected]).
3. Why we process data (purposes and legal bases)
- To create and manage your account and workspace (contract / pre-contract steps).
- To provide billing, subscriptions, trials, and customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
- To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve reliability (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations (for example accounting and tax rules where applicable).
- With your consent, where required (for example optional marketing emails — you can withdraw consent at any time).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that run the service;
- Payment processors for subscriptions and invoices;
- Professional advisors or authorities when legally required;
- Subprocessors strictly needed to operate Quickflow, under appropriate safeguards.
Tenant workspace content remains under your control as the customer; we access it only as needed to provide support, maintain the platform, or comply with law.
5. International transfers
Servers and subprocessors may be located in the European Economic Area or other countries. Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your subscription is active and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Workspace data is retained while your account remains active; after cancellation or deletion requests we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, backups, and monitoring). No online service is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and limit staff access inside your workspace.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights regarding your Quickflow account, email [email protected].
If you process personal data of your own clients inside a workspace, you remain responsible for informing them and responding to their requests as required by law.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, security, and preferences (including optional theme preference on the marketing site). Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced later, will be disclosed and, where required, used only with consent.
10. Children
Quickflow is a business service and is not directed at children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be announced on the website or by email.
12. Related documents
Use of the service is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
