Every Quickflow company runs on its own subdomain, for example your-company.quickflow.space. That URL is where staff log in and where clients open the portal.
Workspace vs account
Your subscription lives on the master portal (quickflow.space). Each workspace is an isolated CRM environment with its own customers, projects, invoices, and staff.
Database isolation
- Freelance — efficient shared multitenancy, ideal for solo operators and small studios.
- Business / Enterprise — separate database per workspace for stronger isolation between brands or client companies.
Tips when choosing a subdomain
- Keep it short and brandable; avoid temporary names.
- Use letters and hyphens only; match how clients already know you.
- Changing a subdomain later may need support — pick carefully at signup.
Higher plans allow multiple workspaces so agencies can separate brands without mixing data.
