Leads capture early opportunities; proposals turn interest into an accept/decline decision.
Leads
- Add a lead with source, status, value estimate, and assigned staff.
- Move the card through short, meaningful pipeline statuses.
- Log calls and notes on the lead so handoffs stay clear.
- When the deal is real, convert the lead to a customer (and optionally a project).
Proposals
- Create a proposal linked to the lead or customer.
- Add line items, terms, and an expiry date.
- Send the online link — clients can accept or decline without a meeting.
- After acceptance, generate an invoice or estimate from the proposal.
Keep statuses few (for example New → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost). Too many columns make reporting noisy.
