Leads pipeline and proposals

Leads capture early opportunities; proposals turn interest into an accept/decline decision.

Leads

  1. Add a lead with source, status, value estimate, and assigned staff.
  2. Move the card through short, meaningful pipeline statuses.
  3. Log calls and notes on the lead so handoffs stay clear.
  4. When the deal is real, convert the lead to a customer (and optionally a project).

Proposals

  1. Create a proposal linked to the lead or customer.
  2. Add line items, terms, and an expiry date.
  3. Send the online link — clients can accept or decline without a meeting.
  4. After acceptance, generate an invoice or estimate from the proposal.

Keep statuses few (for example New → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost). Too many columns make reporting noisy.
